RealDoll

Not sure how many of you have heard of the RealDoll.

Its basically a lifesized doll with posable limbs and texture similar to skin. Fairly heavy and has texture similar to human skin and has erm .. . is anatomically correct shall we say.

Of course the first thing that comes to mind is that its a glorifed blow-up doll and the ppl who buy this are freaks. It get weirder, suprisingly there are couples buying these dolls dressing them up as a member of their family.

As I looked through these photos my opinion went from sleezy, to creepy to just plain depressed. I ended up wondering what trauma these people must have gone through to have to end up having to substitute the social interaction that humans crave, with one way dialogue with an inanimate object.

sleezy/creepy/depressing. You make up our own mind
