Ive seen more than half of the movies but the ones that I remember were pretty spot on. Special mention goes to

1. The box scene in Se7en

2. The warden throwing the pebble through the poster in Shawshank redemption

3. Samuel L. Jackson being turned into an Hor d'erve in Deep Blue Sea. (Incidently, have you noticed that he dies in most of the movies that he acts in? In fact Im hard pressed to think of 2 movies where he survies till the end)

4. The scene where you figure out who has been reincarnated as whom in Dead Again

5. Sharon Stone ...err....Icing... the guy on the bed with an Ice Pick



Also, what is happening to modern cinema? I cant remember that last GOOD movie that I watced (probably a cartoon). Seems like its the golden age of TV again with series like Lost, Arrested Development and the Simpsons being better entertainment than anything on screen. And whats the deal with cartoons having more intelligent dialogue than pop movies?

I blame the current facination (obsession) on physical beauty and mild titilation which allows no hack "talents" to command top billing based purely on there pubescent boobage (How many movies have Hillary Duff and Lindsey Lohan made in the past 2 years!) They even made the Star Wars stars YOUNGER to cater to this audience

No im not going to be watching foreign films from now on. Just that I guess I wont be watching anything in the cinema. And dont even get me STARTED on cinema etiquite
