ok there are a few things I dont like about Christmas time.
1. is how ppl call it xmas. whats up with that?
2. xmas carols repeated over and over again ad nauseam through every PA system
3. how Christmas has become a completely commercial holiday under the guise of a religious event.
For example this whole thing about a christmas tree. There is no concept of Pine trees in this religion and yet that is the first image that springs to mind when talking about Christmas (and dont even get me started about the "white christmas" thing)
ok enough of that, im off to buy myself a xmas present :)

the article says "Pope Benedict XVI resembled a clean-shaven Father Christmas" but if they clearly missed the resemblance if you ask me.
