Yeah big word for the headline this time.
Its taken from Jit Murads' play 'Spilt Gravy over Rice' which without doubt has the finest dialogue of any Malaysian production I have ever seen. The word is used there to describe the relationship between the local authorities and underworld.
Well the local 'authorities' probably have their panties in a twist after this BBC article.
